Short Bio

I am an Assistant Professor in Organization Studies at the Department of Business and Management, Luiss University. My current research interests are focused on organizational change, and organizational innovation for societal impact. In particular, I investigate how organizations can change and innovate to address societal challenges.

So far, my research has been published in international scientific journals, such as International Journal of Management Reviews, Business & Society, R&D Management, International Journal of Innovation Management.

As President of Associazione Banco Alimentare Roma ODV, I am strongly committed to the fight against hunger and food waste, bringing food to more than 400 charities that provide food aid to 130.000 people in Rome and Lazio Region. My social activity has been recognized through several prizes, such as the Volunteering Award by the Italian Senate “Costruttori del Bene Comune” (Builders of the Common Good).
